Obituary of William Barger, Jr.

William "Bill" Barger, Jr. 71 of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away peacefully with his family on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

Legacy

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. "Bear" was a hardworking man that always provided for his family. A good man set in his ways. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching Gun Smoke and any movie with Perry Mason in it.

Family

He is the beloved husband of 53 wonderful years to Marie D. Barger (nee Greene). Devoted father of Billy III (Michelle) and Andrew. Treasured grandfather of Kimberly (Tommy), Sarah, Kristin (Dan), Billy IV (Hailey), and Stephanie (Josh). Adored great grandfather of Mason, Kaylee, Nova, Danny, Mikey, Sophia, Noah and Carter. Son of the late Barbara Ann and William Barger, Sr. Dear brother of Patty, Diane, Dolores, Joann, Donny, and Predeceased by Barbara Ann, Jenny, David, and Susan. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, July 9th from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street Woodbury, NJ 08096. Words of Remembrance at 4:00PM. Interment will be private by the request of the family.
