Obituary of Patricia Ann Schweizer

Patricia Ann Schweizer, (née Josepayt) age 71, of Philadelphia, PA peacefully passed on October 21, 2018.

 

Legacy

Patricia was born and raised in Philadelphia where she raised her beautiful and loving family. She devoted many hours researching her genealogy and also spending time with her legacy of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She dedicated many years to the Philadelphia Board of Education as a Teacher’s Assistant, as well as many years helping individuals with intellectual disabilities, and filled her spare time reading all the latest novels she could find.

Devoted mother of Ron Holzer (Kathy), Lisa Schweizer (Sue Fabrizio), Kim Schweizer, William Schweizer (Jill), and Hilary Shaw (Alex Rendon); Cherished grandmother of Kerrigan Schweizer (Mark Petaccio), Amanda Holzer, Amanda Haley (John), Jason Holzer, Marco Giannetti (Krista), Brianna Schweizer, Miranda Shaw, Hannah Schweizer, William Schweizer and the late Ryan Shaw; Precious great grandmother of Carter Fabrizio and Ryan Michael Giannetti; Adored daughter of the late Grace (née Weiss) and Leopold Josepayt; Dear sister to Catherine Daily (William), and the late Leopold Josepayt (‘Trudy’) and Linda Josepayt (Ted); Treasured aunt and cousin to many.

 

Farewell Ceremony

Patricia will be honored privately by her family.
