Obituary of Georgianna E. Haury

Georgianna E. Haury (nee Meizinger) , age 79 of National Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2018.

Legacy

Georgie was born in Philadelphia, PA and loved to be surrounded by her family.  She was a compassionate and caring woman who would do anything for her children and grandchildren.  Georgie enjoyed reading, crocheting, genealogy, writing poetry and had quite the sense of humor.  She worked over 20 years at the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau.  A kind soul among us, Georgie will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved her. 

Family

Devoted mom of Danny (Tammy), Jack, Georgi DePrince, and Suzanne Grigley;  loving grandmom of Andrew James, Shaun, Desirae, Elizabeth, Kristen, and Valentino;  dear sister of Kathryn Cobert (Mitchell) and John Meizinger.  Georgie leaves behind loving nieces and nephews.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are welcome to Georgie’s viewing on Saturday, December 1st from 3pm-5pm at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Service to follow at 5pm. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Georgie’s name to Dementia Society of America, 114 N Main St, Doylestown, PA 18901 or www.dementiasociety.org.
