Obituary of Earl E. Leonhardt

Earl E. Leonhardt, of Woodbury, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2018.  He was 86.

Legacy

A fun loving and easy going man, Earl dedicated his life to his family.  He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  Earl was an avid sports fan but the Philadelphia Phillies were his favorite.  He enjoyed seafood, especially crabs and spending time with his family at the shore.  A kind soul among us, Earl will be missed deeply by his loved ones.

Devoted husband of 65 years to Helen “Honey” (nee McGlone);  loving father of Bob (Debbie), Dave (Barbara), Tom, Paul, Christine Leonhardt Friedman Manel and the late Steve “Duke”;  cherished grandfather of David, Robert “Bobby”, Joseph, Patrick, Brian, Tommy, Chelsea, Tyler, Ben, Brendan, Abby, Emily, Annie and Rusty.    

Farewell Service

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Earl’s viewing on Saturday, January 5th from 9am to 10:45am       at the Holy Angels Parish Worship Center, 96 Green Avenue, Woodbury, NJ 08096.  Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11am.  Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
