Obituary of Christopher A. Miedzius

Christopher A. Miedzius, 81, of Williamstown, NJ, surrendered his soul to the Lord on his journey to the promised land on Friday, January 25, 2019. 

Christopher devoted his life to his family.  He was strong in his Catholic faith and valued and encouraged education for his children.  Christopher was an electrical engineer and worked on the satellite communication system for the International Space Station.  He enjoyed summers with his family in Ocean Gate, NJ.  “The Big Kahuna” enjoyed the annual Crab Fests and the 4th of July parades.  A loyal and loving man, Christopher will be missed deeply by his loved ones.    

Beloved husband of 58 years to Bernice (nee Sugint); devoted father of Jean Marie Wolf (Bill), George, Anne Marie Baehr, and Christopher (Kim) ;  cherished grandfather of 8. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Christopher's viewing on Tuesday, from 9 AM-9:45 AM at Our Lady of Peace Parish at St. Mary’s Church, 32 Carroll Ave, Williamstown, NJ 08094. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM.  Interment private at the request of the family.
