Obituary of Lottie Caruso

Charlotte Caruso(nee Herdstreit) of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surround by her family on Saturday, February 16, 2019. 
 
Legacy
Lottie was born and raised in Germany and raised her family in South Philadelphia and Sewell, NJ.  She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt.  Always made you feel special, the peace maker of the family, she was way a head of her time, and the spit fire of the family.  She enjoyed dancing, music, gardening, traveling and her Jager. 
 
Family
She is the beloved wife of over 60 years to the late John Caruso.  Loving mother of Denise and Dennis Caruso.  Cherished grandmother of Sean (Melisa) and Ryan (Victoria) McIntire.  Treasured great gandmother of Maya Harley McIntire.  She was predeceased by her parents the late Agnes and Julius Herbstreit and her 8 dear sisters.  She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, February 22nd from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Washington Township, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ.  Funeral Service at 4:00PM.  Interment will be at a later date in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
