I have many fond memories of our holiday get togethers at Christmas . When your family visited us, your father was adamant that all gifts be under the tree(no empty boxes allowed!). He then wanted to see all the gifts! When we were at your house to celebrate the New Year he had strict rules about his “vintage” noisemakers and hats. They were distributed at 11:55 and promptly collected by 12:05, then packed away with loving care! I remember staying at your house when my sister Vickie was born. Your father had strict rules about “cleaning your plate”. I was not happy about that. Where was Fluffy when I needed her! He was truly one of a kind. We so appreciated his visits to my Dad in his final hours. I know they recalled their childhoods and happy memories. Now the brothers are together. I can still here him saying,”How you doing Doll?” Rest In Peace Uncle Joe!
