My heart is truly broken. Victor and I have been close friends for many years. I always stayed in touch and tried to look out and maybe steer him in the right direction or at least encourage him to stay positive. So much talent. So much heart. I can now continue to admire the pavers in my back yard and know he's looking down and smiling. Cheers my dear friend. I promise that you will be missed. See you again.

There is not enough space here or time to share what you mean to us and the memories you have given us. Our family will cherish the memories of vacationing together in Hilton Head, at the Jersey Shore and going to Las Vegas for the World of Concrete Convention. Weekends by the pool in the summer and watching football in the fall (and going tailgating at the Eagles Games) will never quite be the same. There will be an empty seat at every holiday gathering. However, you will always be with us in spirit and I know in the future, every vacation, gathering and holiday will be filled with stories and memories that you have blessed us with. My heart is heavy hearing this sad news. Vic was a very special guy with a heart of gold. I worked with him right out of high school at Parkwood Pontiac, we had a lot of laughs and through out the years we would always run into each other and hang out. When I would see Vic, he always had a big smile and hug for me, such a kind heart and soul. My thoughts and prayers for his family and friends at this most difficult time. God Bless all of you. RIP my friend until we meet again.

I’ll always remember his infectious laugh, family parties all of us cousins playing capture the flag, rolling skating in the basement, playing whiffle ball in Grandmom & Pop’s backyard, Easter egg hunts that we would tackle each other for the eggs since there was money inside. This is my favorite picture of us growing up. You holding my sister Angela. Many wonderful memories on Ford ave at our grandparents house, creamsicles, orange soda, & fried pizza dough.
