Obituary of Sean S. Hughes

Sean Seamus Hughes, of Williamstown, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019. He was 65.

Legacy

Sean, or Johnny as many called him, will be remembered most for his big heart, contagious smile, and a special love for his family and friends. Family was everything to John. He was a big jokester who taught others how to dish it out as well as take it.

Sean was an auto glass repair technician for Franklin Auto Glass Company for many years. He also worked as a truck driver after leaving the auto glass company.

He loved the beach and his family vacations to the shore. One of his favorite pastimes was fishing. He loved fishing as a kid, the fishing trips he went on with friends as he got older, and teaching his youngest daughter, Katie, how to fish on the lake.

Family

He is the devoted father to Kelly Hughes (Christopher Brandt) and Katlyn Hughes; dear brother to Bonnie Tyler, Marion Hansberry (John) and Teresa Taimanglo. He is also survived by his special friends; Tommy Schreiber, Joey Schreiber, Rosie Burden, and Chet Walker; as well as many other family and friends.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home - Washington Township, 573 Egg Harbor Road. A Memorial Ceremony will be held at 8:00PM at the funeral home.
