Obituary of Joseph J. Christ

Joseph John Christ, age 68, of Wenonah, NJ passed away peacefully on August 14, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family.  

Legacy

Joe loved spending time with his family.  He is an Army Veteran and served our country during the Vietnam War.   Some of his passions were hunting and fishing, but his true passion was riding his Harley Davidson and he had many bikes over the years. 

Family

Loving son of Marian (nee Leiggi) and Joseph Christ; devoted husband of Angela (nee Fasso); loving father of Paula Christ, Erika Wood (Bob), Tiffany Burns (Paul); cherished grandfather of Angela, Victoria, Skyler, Christian, Joseph, Kenneth, Sandra and Ashley; Great grandfather of Brooke; dear brother of Marian Kauffman (Victor), Michael Christ (Eva), Dennis Christ (Dawn), Shirley Christ and the late Gary Christ.  Joe leaves behind his cherished pets Nathan and Chloe.

Farewell Ceremony

Relatives and friends are invited to Joseph's viewing on Sunday, August 18, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ and Monday, August 19, 2019 from 11 to 12 PM with a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM.  Interment will follow at the Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
