Obituary of Helen R. Conner

CONNER—Helen R.nee Gestonof Westville on June 17, 2008. Aged 88 years. Born in Gibbstown, Helen was a resident of Westville since 1981. She was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII in the Women's Army Corps. Prior to retirement, Helen worked as a packer for DuPont in Gibbstown. She was a long time member of St. Anne's Church, Westville. Helen enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. She is the beloved wife of 26 years to John F. Conner; devoted mother of the late Lawrence Walsh and June Horwell Robert; loving grandmother of Jacqueline Churchill Edand Robin GlaserJay and great grandmother of 5; dear sister of Charles Geston and the late Peter Geston and Agnes Muntz; special aunt to Rita and Joe McNesby. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation 9:30 AM and Funeral Mass 10 AM Monday in St. Anne's RC Church, 213 Woodbine Avenue, Westville, NJ 08093. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
