Grandmom,
I am pretty sure I got to tell you everything I wanted to before you went to heaven but just in case... I love you very much. One of my warmest memories is when I was a young teenager and I would walk to your house - I can hear Grandpop now
" ANN, MaryAnn's here" and you would go right to the kitchen and put out cakes and cookies whatever you had always making us feel so special. And yes Chrissy is right you always made the best GRAVY - don't worry I won't tell your secret!!
You taught me about honesty, respect, hard work and the importance of family.
May you spend your eternity in peace knowing that you will be in our hearts always.
Love,
Your granddaugher
MaryAnn

My deepest condolences to her immediate and extended family. I was so glad to have been able to visit with Aunt Anna and talk to her before she became worse. Wonderful memories of the parties on Manton street where us kids partied in the basement while the adults partied upstairs, playing in the yard with that tree in the middle, her spaghetti sauce which I used to love, and gatherings at 1123 where the aunts would do the cooking for our family gatherings......these are my best and fondest memories which I will always treasure. You were a wonderful person Aunt Anna......may everyone's love for you be the pillow upon which you rest in peace.
