Obituary of Lawrence J. Fogerty

Lawrence J. Fogerty, of Mantua, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019. He was 84.

Legacy
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Larry graduated from St. Thomas Moore High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Larry spent his working career in the Environmental Science Field. He owned his own company for a number of years before joining Eldredge, Inc. where he retired from in 2009.

Away from work, Larry enjoyed trying his luck at the slots in Atlantic City and was a veracious reader. Most of all, Larry enjoyed the company of his family creating memories that will be cherished as his legacy. He will be remembered as a quiet, hardworking man who loved his family unconditionally.

Family
He is the beloved husband for 60 years to Mary (nee Elliffe ) Fogerty; loving father of Lawrence J. Jr., & Timothy (Margaret) Fogerty; cherished grandfather of Megan, Collin & Logan Fogerty; dear brother of Nancy Gibson.

Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation after 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Church of the INcarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua where his Funeral Mass will follow at 12 Noon. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions made to the Vineland Memorial Home, 524 NW Blvd, Vineland, NJ 08360.
