Jim, First of all I want to thank you for giving me your daughter Carol as my wife. She's a wonderful woman. As for you the thing I will remember most is your good sense of humor. You always seemed to find the things in life that brought joy versus being cynical. I believe your good attitude and outgoing character sustained you throughout your life.
Our best times together were when we watched the Phillies play and you stood by them even when they did not do well---a true fan if ever there was one. By the way, when next we meet let's do another game. Save me a seat. It was a pleasure to have known you. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Just one of the memories I have of your dad is how when him & my dad got together when they had the business they always smelled like oil. I remember when my grandpop died when I was about 10 yrs old, your parents came & picked me up & we went ice skating on the pond in Westville. I also remember my dad taking me to the gas station in Westville & like my dad, your dad's hands always seemed dirty & full of oil or grease. What I'm trying to say is our lives have been connected for a long time & I know how hard it is to lose a dad. Pete's & my prayers are with through this difficult time of your fresh grief.
