I will always remember Rose as "Grandma" from when I met her years ago through her granddaughter, Lisa. I am happy to have been given the opportunity to know her. One thing that was evident to me throughout the years was her love for her family. She was a strong willed lady who wanted to take care of things herself. I admired her for that. My condolences go out to each family member as I know she will be very much missed.
Sincerely,
Lucia Waiters and Family

May the Battilana family find comfort in God's loving invitation to "throw all your anxiety upon him, because he cares for you" 1 Peter 5;7 and that he is "near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves." Psalm 34;18 It is God's desire that you see Rosina again in the near future, right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions where pain, sickness and death will be no more. Please read God's promises at John 5;28,29; Psalm 37;29; Rev. 21;3,4 and Psalm 83;18. Please rest your hope in these promises during this difficult time. Take care,

Grandmom loved her family more than anything in this world. All she wanted for all of us, is to love each other and to be there for each other. She taught us how important family is. To forgive and forget. To let go and let God. Life will not be the same without her, but her memory will live forever in my heart.
