Aunt Ida Mae, I have so many fond memories about how special you were. I still remember being around your wonderful home and visiting your fish pond as a little boy. You were the first to turn me on to mint chocalate chip ice cream! Walking from High School to your home for dinner was also a treat. You were so much fun to be with at Chucky's graduation party! I will miss you. Love, Chuck

I don't know where to begin As her younger sister, I have so many--taking us To Lake Garrison for a picnic and swimming on her afternoon off, letters to me when I was in college with stamps or a $1 which went far back then.. It was a given that my husband and I would know we were expected for holiday dinners. She would often show up with a present that she saw and knew I would like. I could always count on her to help. I am thankful for all my memories. Sister Frieda

With deepest sympathy for you and your family-we shall always remember her delightful personality, and we realize how great your loss is. One of the most treasured possessions a mother leaves a child is a heart full of loving memories. It must be a comfort to you to know that you have cared for her faithfully through these latter years-no daughter was more devoted. May God be with thee, With loving thoughts, Barb and Joe Millar

My memories of my aunt are so numerous that I sit here not knowing where to begin. I will never again smell cinnamon toast or cocoa without thinking of the many, many mornings waking up there after a fun overnight on the second floor porch. I was never unhappy when trick or treating ended because we all went over for Ida May's pumpkin pie and sat around the kitchen table together. She was sweet, kind and above all, loads of fun. I will miss her with all my heart, but I know that now she sees Billy and Ben, Fran and Floyd and my parents. I love you Ida May.
Love,
Carole
