Ted,
Thank you for letting me know of Polly's passing. It came as such a surprise because her passing was much too soon. I had the pleasure of working with Polly and we remained in touch after our retirements. I will always remember her wonderful smile and great sense of humor. God bless her and you, Ted.

Hello Teddy,
I am very sorry to hear about Polly. I remember all the good times we share together as children and the games we played. I also remember how you like to cheat at playing cards. I was married in 1965 and in 1967 moved to the west coast and settle in Washington then in Oregon. I love the west coast. It rains a lot but we have mild summers and mild winters. I am truly sorry for the loss of Polly. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Ted,
Thanks so much for calling me. I still can't believe that Polly is no longer here. We had so many laughs and good times in high school. I often think of those times and smile! It's unbelievable that we kept in touch for
soooooooo many years! I only wish that we could have gotten together
more often than we did. I was always trying to get Polly to "come to the sunshine state." Mom sends her best and we will keep you in our prayers. Take care. It was nice to talk with you. Remember that you and your family are always welcome. Best always.........

I'm so sorry to hear of Pauline's passing. I remember her as always being such a gentle soul and, unfortunately, the object of a lot of childish derision when we were together in grade school at St. Pat's. Life gave us perspective and we became able to see the peace that she brought to those who were blessed by her presence. The world is surely a lesser place and heaven more fortunate. I'm sure this quiet gentle lady will be missed by all those who knew her. God be with you, Pauline.

Ted and family;
Sorry to hear about Polly's passing. I did not know her real well, as I was a bit younger when we lived around the corner from you growing up - but she and my sister Bernadette were friends, back when our neighborhood was the cradle of our youth. Hard to believe how much time has passed. No longer living in Woodbury now, I happened to come across Polly's obit here as I was thinking about my brother Tim's passing which was this month, 2 years ago. I still can't believe that - so we feel for you. Seems like my great sister Berna contacted you as well never know about the crank phone calls, Bern!. Please take care, and hope Polly lives on in a place where, in due time, we all will have the luxuries of catching with one another up, read great books, and take some day trips!
