Di,after knowing and loving you and your family for thirty years now, there are so many wonderful memories and stories to tell about your mom.I think one of the latest and sweetest was the time your mom had had hip surgery and I wanted to phone her to see how she was doing. I asked Paul for her phone number. He did give it to me but,and he would never admit thishe inverted the last two digits. I called the number expecting to speak to your wonderful mom, and a strange voice answered. She told me that I had the wrong number, but infact, she actually had heard in their small community all out Caroline Phelps-that she was such a nice, kind lady and everybody knew her!!She then looked up in her little phone directory and promptly gave me her number!Needless to say, your mom thought this was hysterical-but it was only one of many examples of how well she was thought of by so many-even strangers! As you know, Lara refers to you as her "angel on earth Aunt Diana"but the truth is, we sure know where you got your wings from....May G-d Bless. Love you very much,Lisa

I'm so sorry for your loss. Caroline was truly a sweetheart and an inspiration with her love of the lord. She brought great joy to all around her. When her grandson Paul and My son Alex where growing up together in Washington Township Alex loved going over to make pull taffy with Caroline & Paul. I know she is happy to be with the lord and that she found joy on earth with her friends & family at GCCC.

Our hearts go out to you as you grieve the loss of your mom... for a time. It was my privilege to have known your mother. Such a loving, caring and kind woman of God. She always had a kind and encouraging word to share. As believers in Christ we have the hope of being reunited with her once again when the Lord returns for His Church. Separation for a time will be painful, for sure and yet I know it is a comfort to you to know that your mom is now in the presence of the Lord, the Lord whom she loved and served for so many years, free of the pain and sufferings of this world. Our prayer is that the Lord would comfort your hearts and that you would sense His peace deep within your being.
With much love,
A

Caroline was a wonderful woman. I remember her as being a strong woman, but yet had a gentleness. She had a sweet spirit and she absolutely loved Jesus! Memories of her will be cherished. My prayers go out to the family. I've known you since I was a child and in essence, I feel as though we are family. God give you strength, peace, and comfort. One day we will all meet together again.
