Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Warren Friel at this time. Warren was truly a "big" man with a heart to match and real example of what it is to be a husband, father, grandfather and friend. Perhaps the best memorial we can give to Warren is to try to live our lives more like he lived his; he will be missed for sure but he will live on in the lives of all he has touched in his too brief time on this earth. Love endures as does Life in Christ. with our sympathy and love Jim And Dorie

To the family,
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I didn't know him very well, but the few days I went with Linda down to Florida, he and his wife were the kindest people I have ever met. He joked with me and we even bonded as we joined forces in an intense game of Phase 10. He always commented how every time he turned around I would be eating something different, and he just made me feel at home. So, even though I didn't know him very well, I know that the world is a lesser place without his presence. He will be missed and never forgotten.

Terry, I send you our condolences with all our heart. I just got the message yesterday late.
I am so sorry for your loss. A parent passing is such a hard thing, so if you need to talk with me, I am here. I didn't know your dad, but I sure he was a great man because you are a great person.

Warren,
I am sorry to hear of the death of your father. But I promise to remember him at Mass. He was a man of faith - that's how he raised your family and that was the example he gave to the parish at Christ the King. The loss will be great but remember - the promise that Jesus gives is that you will all be together again and this time it will be forever.

Cousin Peggy, It's been some time, but I vividly remember Warren's smiling face in our house when I was young. His love and kindness were so evident. God blessed you with a wonderful man. May HE comfort you and your children.

Eileen Megan,
My prayers are with you and your family. From the time that you and I met quite a few years ago at DSCP, we both shared the same heart on family and their values. We connected immediately! I feel your loss, but, it is heaven's gain. My prayer is that you and your family stay stong and hold each other up. All of you have the love connection which is much needed in facing times like this. I love you and Megan and I am here for you whenever you need a Strong Shoulder to cry on!
God Bless,
Love, Alvenia your sister and friend at DSCPand Family
