Dear Capaldi family: Your Dad was the kindest and most peaceful person I ever met growing up. He always took the time to talk to me, about the fish, or animals and even the plays in the garage. Once he even told me I could be a writer or actress if I wanted. I was about 6 or 7 then and I didn't know how he knew that was in my heart. He was a very astute man. On Easter he would always call me over and ask if I wanted to see the Easter baskets you always had the most beautiful baskets and he knew I would be waiting to see them. He loved your Mom so dearly and so many times he would say such wonderful things about her to us. I really respected that. He was the one man in the neighborhood who would take time out to fix our toys, talk to us and make us laugh he had a great sense of humor. My heart and prayers are with you all but it's alright because he's in heaven because he was such a good good man. Love Martha
