Dear McKay Family, I am sincerely sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. Rest assured he has touched many of us, leaving us with many cherished memories. What immediately comes to mind is his big smile and open hand wave each time he drove by our home on Hillcrest Ave. Never once did he not smile and wave. I also remember "Mr. McKay" manning the grill during each and every neighborhood family cook-out and those little chicken wings we all love! I think Mr. McKay invented "Buffalo Wings!" I also recall the rocket arm he had while pitching fast balls to my Brother Michael on the side of our house. I had never seen a ball thrown so hard and fast in my life. The pitches were so fast my Dad was looking for a catchers mask for Michael! I feel for your loss and I know y'all will have an empty spot in your lives. Rest assured your empty spot is filled by those of us your Husband and Dad touched with such positivity, enthusiasm, I'll never forget those delicious little chicken wings!
