Obituary of William Andrews Shisler, Sr.

William A. Shisler, Sr., 75 of Wildwood, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.  

Loving father of William Andrews Shisler, Jr. (Carol) , Denise Marie Fisher (Philip) and Patrick J. Shisler (Particia):  cherished grandfather of Megan Shisler Chawla (Manny), William Andrews Shisler III, Nicole Shisler, Ashley Obert and Brody Shisler.  Great grandfather of Jordan, Chase, Nathan and Aria.

Bill worked for his family business, Shisler Farms throughout his life and was known to always bring a smile to everyone's face.  He loved his boat and entertaining family & friends at "Billy's Sand Bar". As Captain of his boat "Cheers IV", Bill was the legendary winner of the annual Christmas in July boat parade numerous times and will be remembered for all the joy he shared with others during the many parades.  

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 6-8 PM and again on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 10-11 AM at the McGuinness Funeral Home 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080.  Funeral service will begin at 11 AM at the funeral home.
