Brian,
It's getting so much harder - not easier. We miss you so very much. We hide our feelings to others but inside feels empty. We keep thinking we'll see you in the doorway or hear your laugh. You left without saying goodbye and that hurts. You took a piece of us with you and the hole can't be filled but the darkness can be brightened by memories of you. I know you're up there calling us jacka--es, but we can't help ourselves. Send some of your kindness & patience down to us - we need it. We'll love you & miss you forever.

Brian's sudden and unexpected passing was a shock to us all. There are no words of enlightenment that will ease the immediate sorrow. All we can do is accept it as God's will. What I can say is Brian was very special to Cindy and me. All of our friends mean a great deal to us, because we think of them as an extended part of our family. Friends are the family members you get to choose. If a man's riches were measured by the friendships he has made, then Brian was a very wealthy man. And I too have prospered from being his friend. This is not goodbye Brian, but till we meet again.

I have the honor of knowing Brian through Junior High and High School. Brian was a quiet but STRONG classmate, PMHS 1980. When I say quiet, he had a shy side, but friendly. When I say strong, in gym classes his strength was obvious, and surprising to me, since he was so much the quiet type. A great classmate and friend is how I'll remember Brian. And a member of our great Class of 1980 Pennsville Memorial High School. I love Jimmy Buffet too!! God's Blessings to Brian and his family. Chuck Cobb
