Each of us has many decisions in life, the greatest being, "what will I do about eternity -- how will I deal with my sin before a Holy God." 2 Pet. 3:9 states that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance... God has also made a way, thru Jesus Christ, and urges us to act. 2 Cor. 6:2 says that ...now is the day of salvation... Heb. 2:3 warns of inaction... how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation... God's Word does not leave us without showing the way. Rom. 10:9 instructs that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in our hearts that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
This was settled for mom many years ago, when she was just 13 years of age.
There is no greater accomplishment a human can do than to point another to Christ. As a young boy of 4, mom lead me to Christ, and in childlike faith, I put my trust in Jesus. Mom will be greatly missed for a short time... but we know that she is "..safely home.."
