Jimmy was a really funny guy with a quick sense of humor. He was so knowledgeable about music and food. I'll always remember our Friday nights at Cafe Neena among our friends - we always looked forward to it and continued it after my husband John died. His caring ways and support during John's illness and death will always remain with me. It was my pleasure knowing Jim and he will be much missed by his family and lifelong dear friends. God bless.

Well, Dad, what can I say? I?ve sat back this past week and watched everyone else enter their tribute into this journal, but I couldn?t bring myself to write something. I think I am ready. To start, I cannot begin to tell you the amount of love and support we have gotten from family, friends, and neighbors. You would be proud. I am so glad I got a chance to spend one last weekend with you. If I didn?t say it before ? the breakfast you made was delicious and no other breakfast I will ever eat in my entire life will top that! I am sad that my kids will not remember you, but I promise to tell them lots of stories and show them lots of pictures. Abby and I are already planning a special birthday for you next month so be on the lookout for lots of balloons. Thanks for being a great Dad and Poppy. Until I see you again???.. I miss you and I love you.

Daddy,
Oh Daddy, where do I begin? I don't have the words to tell you the pain I'm feeling. I never ever imagined how hard this would be. I lost my best friend and I was not prepared for this to happen so soon. You provided a wonderful life for Kristi & I and raised us to be the best we could be and for that I'll always be grateful. I couldn't ask for a better dad, you meant the world to me and I will miss you terribly. Emily asks for you, Gracie cries every day for you and Bub calls you on the phone to talk to "his" Poppy. They miss their Poppy so much already! Daddy, I love you and I miss you. Your daughter, Mary Beth

Dad,
Thank you. Thank you for giving me the love of my life. I treasure and love "your little girl" every single day, just as you did. Your passing will be felt for a long time. The few lines of I have here can't begin to express the love and respect I have for you. Thank you so much for allowing me to become a part of your family. I truly am honored and blessed to have known you. Rest in peace and rest assured, I will take care of "your little girl." Our Family has been cheated, we didn't have you on this earth long enough. You may have left us with sadness, but our hearts are smiling for having known you. Love, Steve

Because I thought this day would never come, I could have never imagined how difficult this is. I am so very sorry and I am so very sad. You always kept a positive attitude, even during the most trying times. I know how much your family has meant to you, and you need to know that everyone loves you very much. We are all very sad now, but we are blessed to have had you in our lives. Love Diney..

Jimmy,
First I want to tell you how much I loved and respected you. But I also want to thank you for the "blessings" that you've given to me - Betty, two amazing nieces, five beautiful great-nieces and an absolutely precious great-nephew. I want you to be assured that I will always look after them for you. They were your "joys" and you theirs. Mommy and Daddy have been waiting a long time and I guess we need to share you. That is probably the only thing that gives me comfort right now. This is much harder than I ever, ever dreamed it would be. Rest now, no more pain. I will never forget you and I'll be sure that Anthony and Andrew always remember the great uncle you were to them. Love you always!

To My Best Friend, My Pal, My Buddy.
You may be gone for now, but I will never forget you. When we were around each other you always made me laugh, happy and smiling. Now I am lonely, lost and sadden by your departure. Although we didn't see each other as much as we liked, but we knew in our hearts we were there for each other. We shared great moments and sad moments through the years together, but this is one of the saddess moments I must take alone without you. Thank god I have my other best friend to fall back on "CAROL". Life will not be the same without you. You are now on your final journey to meet up with other family members who departed this world ahead of you. Enjoy your trip. I will miss you until I take my final journey to meet up with you. Keep an empty stool beside you so I can sit and remincise once again.
Love
Your Friend

Heaven-March 5, 2007 - "Me Love - Guess who's coming - our Jimmy. Hurry up and order a pizza". I can just imagine the excitement. On earth, sadness. The amount of love & respect that is pouring in for you Jim is beyond words. I probably thought I was the only one that could stand you. I just want to say that you were my "hero". You taught me something that I still love - baseball. I have so many memories of you that bring a smile to my heart. I will miss you every day of my life. There was no one like you. Your ability to make people laugh is known to many. Please forgive any typos or grammatical errors as it is hard to see behind tears. I will love you forever.
