Dear Russell Family,
I am so sorry to hear the loss of your lovely daughter and that I am getting the message out late to you. I was so shock to hear the news. I remember her when her Dad would sign Amanda out at the Front Desk and the chats that we would have waiting for Amanda to come down to meet her Dad.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
God Bless you all,

Pastor Mike. We are so sorry to hear of your loss.I will always be grateful to you when you were a minister at Blackwood Methodist. You were constantly by my bedside for the year I was laid up whether it be serving me communion or just stopping by for a visit. I wish I could comfort you and your family. I always remember a quote that said Friends are there to double our joy and divide our grief. I hope we in some small way can divide some of your grief. Our prayers are for you and your family.

My earliest memory of Amanda was about 6 years ago when you all moved to Blairstown. At just 12 years old, Amanda was far older than her years. She looked up at me one day and said " If we had lived here all the time, you would be "Aunt Barbara." It amazed me that a child so young would embrace me as part of her family!
I remember the day Kelly, Amanda and I went to pick up Sammy from her Aunt Kim's. Amanda had had coffee that morning, and talked non-stop about everything for two solid hours. All we could do was laugh at her.
For her birthday one year, I took her to get her ears pierced. I bet you know how I came home with my ears pierced too!!
I have so many happpy memories of Amanda that I will cherish forever. David's and my only regret is that there won't be more.
Sammy, David and I love you very much, and we are only a phone call away for anything you want or need.
Amanda, be at peace, my beautiful angel. Be at peace.

I will never understand how and why Gods will is to take some of our children before he takes us. My imperfect understanding of his divine plan is now Amanda's to know, for she is in his glory for all eternity. We mortals are left to rejoice in her memory, and can look forward to the time when we will be with her again.

Amanda was my first neice. I will always remember her sense of humor, her intelligence, her kind ways, and loving heart. We had a lot in common. I will never forget visiting her as a baby in England. Her Mom and Dad left me alone to babysit her for just a short time. It was the first time, I think, that I had been alone with a crying baby. Now I believe it was just Amanda exercising her sense of humor and playing a joke on me. I am happy that Amanda is at peace, and she will live forever in those people that knew and continue to love her so much.

Kelly, Mike and Samathana:
My heart goes out to the three of you. I wish I could take your pain away. It takes my breathe away to watch you in so much pain. I know that I don't have to tell you, I am here for you anytime of the day or night. Maybe it will help to think of her when you see the shinest star in the sky. Or, perhaps it is the beautiful sunrise or sunset, or hearing windchimes softly playing. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. And, don't forget, Amanda was a beautiful person inside and out, and she knew she was LOVED!
Love you,
Aunt Theresa

Amanda was the first born child among the three of us. Her birth was very exciting and I was thrilled to be her aunt. I took her on many outings during the time the family lived in the Richmond area. I have a photo of Amanda and me at a festival with a clown. All three of us are smiling brightly. It was a beautiful, warm sunny Saturday. I will always remember the day and I will always remember the sweet little girl who loved to play and have fun and offered such joy and laughter to those who loved her. My heart is aching now at our loss but I know that Amanda is resting peacefully. I shall always keep her in my heart and remember the precious little girl I adored. Mike, Kelly and Samantha, I am thinking of you each moment of the day. My heart is with you now.
