Tony, family & friends of Jim, Please accept our sincere sympathies in your tremendous loss. What a pleasant, cheerful man he was, so unassuming and REAL. When we first got involved in the community, i remember how my husband marveled at Jim's dedication to the community & taxpayers, always investigating ways to save money to benefit everyone. A rare breed today, i'm afraid, but one who can still be emulated and remembered, i pray.

My sincere condolences to you all in your loss of "Clancy". I remember as a child visiting Remington and Vernick with my father Jack Howard and seeing him always with a smile on his face. He was such a very nice man to me and my brothers. He will be truly missed.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss, he was a great person.I worked with Jim at R&V Engineers for 10 years,he was my mentor for all those years. He taught me almost everything i needed to know about land surveying. Next year i am going to be President-elect for N.J.S.P.L.S.,i would not be in that position without Jim's support for all those years. One thing i remember about Jim is that no matter where we worked in N.J.,PA.or Dela. he could find a Bakery, it was like he could smell it as soon as we got in town.I will always remember him, God bless CHIP
