Uncle Jimmy will be remembered by everyone as the uncle that always made you laugh. He loved to tell us jokes and he always had a great comeback. I loved it when Aunt Ann and him would come up to the mountains to visit us, or when we go down to their house. I'll always cherish all the laughter that went on when we were with them. Even my children will sing the "chicken who wouldn't lay an egg" song to their children someday.
We love and miss you very much Uncle Jimmy. Thanks for making our lives a better place. You were my favorite uncle and you will be deeply missed.
Karen

HE IS GONE
You can shed tears that he is gone
or you can smile because he has lived
You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back
or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him or you can be full of the love that you shared
You can turn back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday
You can remember him and only that he is gone or you can cherish his memory and let it live on
You can cry and close your mind,be empty and turn your back or you can do what he'd want;smile, open your eyes, love and go on...
I will miss him dearly, Brother Charles Kennedy

Jim, I will miss your joking and your laugh. I enjoyed our talks about gardening and family. I know you are at peace and not suffering anymore. That comforts me and lets me know what we all have to look forward to. We will miss you, but know that we will see your smiling face again. My Prayers and Love to Anne and all the family.

We will always miss you poppop. Thanks for always being there. I feel truly blessed to have had you in my life and more importantly Micaela's. I am so thankful that she had the privelige of spending 6 wonderful years with you. You were more of a father to me than a grandfather and I will be forever grateful. You always knew I needed you even before I did. I will miss all your stories, jokes, and life lessons. Thanks for being the best poppop any grandchild or great great grandchild could possibly ask for. I love you always.

I remember spending time with my Uncle Jim when I was a child - almost like it was yesterday. My brother Brian and sister Marcia and I were always laughing at his wonderful jokes and antics. He had a loving spirit about him and you could tell he really cared about you. He was loved and he will be missed.
Our condolences to the family.
