It's Sunday, and I reach for the phone to call you. Sunday was the day you told me what everyone in our family was up to - - cousins, friends, brothers, grandchildren -- but, I can't talk to you...... the rest of the week when I called, i was usually chastised for interrupting a good show - and the times I called during a John Wayne movie or an Eagles football gamewhich you insisted you didn't like Yikes!

To my Dear Aunt Mary- we had alot of fun these past years even though alot of our conversations lately were on the way to visit the Dr.'s office. You always made it interesting. Our first trip to Philadelphia - you rolled down the window of the car at a busy intersection to give a poor man that was begging a five dollar bill. You were so generous to everyone that you met. Always bringing candy to the my boys and they will never forget a few occasions when you babysat for me. In their words "you allowed them to do whatever they wanted" even wrestling! I will never forget you, you were one of a kind. I will miss you so much.

To Dear Aunt Mary, Have so many great memories of great fun with you , especially these last years when you came back to NJ. Never came to any family gathering without a shopping bag filled with goodies for the kids . One particular great memory is when I was flying and I stayed with Aunt Mary in Orchard Park , upon my arrival I thought that perhaps 10 or 15 people were coming for dinner because of all the food she prepared, " A Great Cook".I asked her if she thought maybe I was bringing all my passengers and crew with me. The next day before I before I left. She went out and bought 2 Dozen pastries for me to take with me. Sure loved all of her great storytelling and incredible memory. I will always remain amazed by her stamina.Adored her. Love Pam

I'm being flooded with memories of my Aunt Mary, and they all have the same theme: Mary making her presence known in no uncertain terms. She was smart, funny, opinionated, and good-hearted--everything you could ask for in an aunt. At every family gathering, Aunt Mary could be counted on to provide the hilarity. There was a lot of spirit in that little lady. I'd tell her to rest in peace, but I have a feeling she's up there arguing with Nana and making fun of my dad already. Much love to my cousins. I'm so glad I ran into Aunt Mary with Carl at a Wawa not long ago. What a treat!
