I did not know you as well as I would have liked. Who I did know was a sincere, respectable man deserving of high regard and admiration. You were endearing, affable, and took genuine interest in those around you. A man's greatest legacy is to be as loved by as many as you were. Yours is a high benchmark to strive for when called from this life.

Today we buried out friend, uncle, and brother-in-law. A life time of memories came to a sudden and tragic end.
Times of our lives that we all take for granted. The simple pleasures we once shared we can no more. These can be bitter and heart braking memories of life?s realities or a celebration of life?s accomplishments.
What ever life throws at us, what cards are dealt, weather it?s up hill or down hill Michael Rossano was and always will be an inspiration to us. His last weeks on Gods earth were truly remarkable a heroic struggle to hold onto life and family.
Love,
Mike, Dot, and Michael

GOD SAW YOU...
BY UNKNOWN
GOD SAW YOU GETTING TIRED,
WHEN A CURE WAS NOT TO BE.
SO HE WRAPPED HIS ARMS AROUND YOU,
AND WHISPERED "COME TO ME".
YOU DIDN'T DESERVE WHAT YOU WENT
THROUGH,
SO HE GAVE YOU REST.
GOD'S GARDEN MUST BE BEAUTIFUL,
HE ONLY TAKES THE BEST.
AND WHEN I SAW YOU SLEEPING,
SO PEACEFUL AND FREE FROM PAIN,
I COULD NOT WISH YOU BACK
TO SUFFER THAT AGAIN.

Pop,
The whole family loves you. You always made me laugh. You'll always be in my heart. We used to go to feed the ducks and they pecked at my feet. Pop you always told me, "It doesn't get any better than this," when we did fun things together. I love you and will always miss you.
Love,
Michael...Your "Baboo"

I didn't know Mr. Rossano as well as many others, but he always made me feel like we were good friends every time we saw each other. He would give me a big handshake and a smile and insist I call him Mike something I never could do. He had a genuinely warm and sincere personality. But more than anything, I saw how much he loved his family and how proud he was of them. I could tell he was a good Dad through his children, and I could see he was great Grandfather by the way he treated his grandchildren. Words cannot tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. Your family is in our prayers.

Dear Michael,
I cannot begin to express to you how much you mean to our family. The time you spent with our son Michael is priceless, we will always be grateful to you for being such a wonderful Grandfather to him. I didn't consider you my father-in-law, you were more of a father to me, and to be a part of your family is a great honor. Although we did not have enough time to spend with you, the time we had I will always cherish. Please watch over and protect our family. I truly love and will miss you dearly. You are forever in my heart.
Missing you,
Barbara

Dad,
The life you lived was one of love and selfless devotion to your family. As a child, you constantly gave of your time, creating lifelong memories and traditions that I will always cherish, and pass down to my son. As an adult, your shining example of a life well lived continues to inspire me to be a better father, husband, and man. Please watch over me and our family, and guide us through life as effortlessly as you lived yours-loving, strong, and generous.
My life will never be the same without you. Take comfort in the thought that you were loved more than you could have ever imagined, or that I could have ever expressed.
Forever in my heart and thoughts...Your loving son,
Michael

Mike was one of the finest men I had ever met. He always had a kind word or a friendly smile for everyone. He was truly a gentleman. I am so sorry to hear of his loss. I pray that your family will have peace during this hard time. He was a wonderful person and always so proud of his family. He touched many lives. Saying "sorry" seems inadequate for a loss of someone as good as Mike, and I know that pain. But I am truly sorry for your loss.
