WILLING, RoseMarie nee DiGiacobbe of West Deptford, on July 23, 2006 aged 70. RoseMarie retired from the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. She is the loving and devoted wife of the late Richard J., dear mother of Richard, Jr. and Karen. Dear sister of Theresa Terlizzi, F. Paul DiGiacobbe, M.D., Rev.
