Obituary of Dean E. Walker

Walker, Dean E. of West Deptford on June 29, 2006 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Aged 50 years. Born and raised in Winston Salem, N.C., Dean later moved to New Jersey with his family where he has resided for the past 20 years. He served in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1986. Dean later worked as a Field Service Engineer for S.O.M.A. for the past 2 years and formerly was employed at Peak Technologies. In his spare time, Dean enjoyed playing his guitar, gardening and doing calligraphy. Most of all, Dean loved spending time with his family and his dogs. He is the beloved husband for 11 years to Janet nee Gearhart. Loving father of Arianna. Dear son of Imogene nee Fulcher Cutrell and her husband Jake and the late Marvin Walker. Dear brother of Alan Carleen and Mike Susan Walker and Sherry Charles Weatherman. Devoted son in law of James and Mary Gearhart. Brother in law of Thomas and Bernadette Gearhart. Devoted uncle of Tommy Gearhart. Visitation Thursday 9 to 10:45 AM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury. Funeral Service 11 AM.
