Obituary of William C. Shourds

SHOURDS?William Cripps, Jr. of Deptford on May 24, 2006. Bill was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Prior to retirement in 2002, Bill worked as an electrician for DuPont in Deepwater, NJ and Wilmington, DE for 28 years. He also owned his own electrical contracting business; Hilltop Electric. Bill was a wonderful man, always willing to offer his help or advice. He excelled at life, and could build just about anything; including the home where his family lives. He is the beloved husband of 36 years to Carolyn C. nee Santo, devoted father of William V. & his wife Crystal, Brian C. & his wife Donna and Suzanne C. & her fiancée Mark and Daniel Bates; whom he loved as a son, dear brother of Edythe Aversa, loving grandfather of Emily, Jacqueline and Alyssa.
