I met Lenny in 1998 while working in Woodbury for attorneys. Lenny made my day brighter everytime I went to the Courthouse. He captured my heart from the very start. Andre and Joel, I know that he loved you both with all of this heart. Your Dad was so proud of the wonderful young men that you had become. Whenever I would call him to see how he was, he would just go on and on about the "boys" and your recent accomplishments. I will miss Lenny. He was a significant part of my life at a very difficult time. I regret that I was unable to attend the services. I wish more than anything I would have been able to say goodbye and to let him know that I always loved him.
Lenny you are finally riding free!!

I met Lenny for the first time about 8 years ago, through mutual friends. He had an unusual way about him but for me he was just what I needed. He was like a breath of fresh air and I valued his friendship.
I will always remember him fondly even though we've lost touch over the last few years.
I do not know his children and family but I am sorry for your lost. Please know that even strangers were touched by the person that he was.

I met Lenny back in 1994, upon first joining the Sheriff?s Department. I wasn?t sure what to make of him, the little guy with a big mouth. Over the course of 4 ½ years of working with Lenny, I found a great friend. He truly had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. One of my most profound memories of Lenny, was how proud he was to have been a ?tunnel rat? during the Vietnam War. I remember having a conversation with him and he broke down in tears when he reminisced about his fallen comrades. There were two other things that he talked about with an undeniable passion, they were his sons. To Andre, Joel and the rest of Lenny?s family, I offer my deepest sympathy. Lenny, until we meet again, a final salute to you my brother. Thank you for your service to our country and thank you for your friendship....You will be missed!

Lennie will be sorely missed!! I had the pleasure of getting to know Lennie about six years ago when I started to work at the Prosecutor's Office. He always made a point of saying hello and seeing how things were. He always asked about my son. Even outside the environment of work, Lennie made a point of coming over and saying "hi". He normally saw me before I saw him. He would tell me of his sons and I could hear the love and pride in his voice for his boys!! And how he loved his bikes!! I will miss Lennie, when I think of Lennie it will be with fond affection. To the family - I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
