Obituary of Sylvia Worrill

WORRILL, Sylvia A. Nee Archibald passed away on May 5, 2006 at Kennedy Hospital in Washington Township, NJ, after a long illness. Sylvia, affectionately know as ?Sibi? was born on April 1, 1927 in Manhattan to Muriel and Verna Archibald. She married Walter F. Worrill on April 29, 1978. Before retiring, Sylvia was an Administrative Assistant for the National YMCA in Boston, MA. She was a Sunday School teacher for Church of the Intercession in Manhattan for many years. Sylvia was an avid reader and an engaging conversationalist, who also enjoyed unique shopping excursions. She was extremely proud of her large family and a loyal friend to many. Her family will always remember her ?Grandma Eyes?, with her expressive eyes as she peered over her glasses and her beautiful smile. Beloved wife for 28 years of Walter F. Worrill. Devoted mother of Hersey Brian Suzanne Henderson of Lowell, MA. Loving daughter of Muriel Archibald. Dear sister of Vernon and Bertram Archibald. Loving grandmother of Toni, Danielle, Brian, William, Rachel, Elizabeth, and Samantha and great grandmother of 10. Viewing WED. 10 to 11:45 A.M. in the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 11 N. Monroe Ave., Wenonah, NJ. Burial Office WED. 12 P.M. in the church. Interment Mountain View Cemetery in Altadena, CA.
