Dear Phillips Family,
We remember Mrs. Phillips as one of the "real nice moms" who made our days of elementary and high school such enjoyable and carefree days. She was always "rooting for us" in sports and the many other activities we engaged in as we grew from kids to adults. A true "All-American Mom!"
We are deeply saddened to hear of her passing, and extend our deepest sympathy to the family.
Sincerest regards,
E

Dear Quinten and Family,
We were very sorry to read about the passing of Mary Louise.
I remember the first time we met, it was when our girls were in New Sharon School and we worked together on the Fair with Ethel Milnor to purchase playground equipment for the school.
The many parties and New Years that Sam and I spent with you and Mary Louise will always be remembered with fondness.
There were many happy times and sad ones that were spent together.
She will be missed by all that knew her.

Dear Quentin and Family : It was with great sadness that I read about the death of Mary Louise. Although we hadn't seen each other for years , I thought of her often. When I first came to Deptford as a young new teacher , I lived with my sister, but really didn't have my own friends. After being introduced to the Phillips family by Elaine Kapust. I welcomed the Friendship that Mary Louise gave me. Even through it was a sad time in her life, she was always there for me. Our friendshipgrew through having Cindy and Nancy as students. Often when I needed advice I'd spend my lunch hour with her.My car soon knew its way from Lake Tract to your house. When you moved to Woodbury I really missed not having her close enough to go for lunch.I did visit at your new home many times. When I was getting married She, Goldie Rosenberg and Betty Hitches suprised me with a bridal shower and inherited a family. Although we drifted apart, I'd like to think that we were always friends. We are in Florida visitig my son. We are truly sorry we cannot be there. Your Wife/Mother/Nana was a wonderful Lady, and I know she will be missed. Sincerely, Edna Yurick Stauffer
