DOUCETTE, Elva E. nee Oelze of Sicklerville, NJ on December 8, 2005. Aged 95 years. Born in Brooklyn on May 11, 1910. Elva was a Real Estate Consultant in Brooklyn & she also worked for Chemical Bank in New York City. In later years she helped organize Doucette Ltd., a designer & manufacturer of couture dresses in the garment district of Manhatten with her late son, Arthur. Elva was a resident of Cardinal Retirement Village for the past 6 years. She was involved with the Cardinal Crocheting Club. Elva was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Beloved wife of the late Maurice. Devoted mother of Robert, Sr. and his wife Frances, Dear sister of Elsie Degen. Loving grandmother of Robert Jr. Sheila, Richard Jean Jacqueline Dave Ciocco, Steven Doucette,& great grandmother of Colleen Doucette, Emily and Richard Doucette, Christine and David Ciocco. . Funeral Service Tuesday 2:30 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Rd., Washington Twp., Sewell NJ 08080, where relatives and friends may call after 1 PM. Interment private.
