I love and miss u so much and I still can't really get over the fact that I wont ever get to see your face again. But I 've had many many experiences now where I felt that you were with me. So thank you and thanks for always being so amazing. You are seriously and truly missed. No one else in this world is or could ever be like you. love u case. xox

Casey, we go back to elementary school at Bells and I just heard the news from a friend tonight. It's been nearly ten years since I last saw anyone I knew from NJ, but not a day has passed when I haven't thought of everyone, and you were among those I missed dearly. I am fortunate to be among those who had known you through drama in middle school. I still have that Zuckermann's Famous Pig board signed by the cast and crew, and I am certain your signature is on it. Thank you for the memories, and my condolences to the family.

Dear family and friends,
I was in drama club with Casey, at Chestnut Ridge. He was a special, talented person. I can?t ever remember seeing him without a smile. He?d do practically anything to get a laugh. Those were good times. We spent long hours rehearsing, so everyone in the cast knew each other well, probably more than we even wanted to. The end of the show was always a big let down; we were close ? like family. Even through high school, when everyone went their separate ways, Casey didn?t change. He was thoughtful and giving. He never forgot my birthday, or our inside jokes from years before. I?ll never forget his kindness. God bless his family and friends! May he rest in peace!

Dear Family,
I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of your young beautiful son Casey. I am a friend of Walt Simcox and Tammy and I am sending my deepest condolences. I too just lost my son, Michael, and I am sorry that I wish I could give you some warm hope. All I can say is to lean on your family and friends and take each day minute by minute. No one can understand why a child is taken, it is something that we truly can't comprehend.
I wish you and your family comfort and love from others and know that we are thinking of you.
Withlove and sadness, Gina Mariano

I went through high school with Casey. He was always a good friend. The type of person you know was always there if you needed him. Whether it was for advice or just to have someone listen. He was definately an amazing, kind-hearted and beautiful personon the inside and out. He always knew how to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten. He will be kept alive though pictures and memories. It's such a great loss to have someone like him taken away so suddenly. My condolences to his family. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Casey will always be missed and his smile will shine forever.

Casey, this is the poem we picked out for you. "I'm free" Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free--I'm following the path God laid for me--I took his hand when I heard him call--I turned my back and left it all--I could not stay another day--to laugh, to love, to work or play--Tasks left undone must stay that way--I found that peace at the close of day---If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy.A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,--- Ah , yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow. I wish for you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life has been full,I've savored much--Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all two brief.--Don't lenghten it now with undue grief.--Lift you heart and share with me.-- God wanted me now, HE SET ME FREE!

I have alot of good memories with you, Casey. Even though it seems long ago that we used to chill, it really isn't. It's just that so much has happened to us, and everybody else over the couple of years. I always enjoyed being around you when we hung out. Your smile, was contagious. It would give me a bashful feeling inside, like "awwww." You were a beautiful person inside and out. And I am so glad we met. Now, rest peacefully, and keep a watch over all of us. God Bless You. To the family, there are no words that I can share with you to heal your pain, nor have the understanding to what you are going through. I just want to say that I am truly sorry. And I pray that God will continue to provide you all with the strength that you will need to carry you through.

Casey was one of the coolest kids that I have ever met in high school. I never knew him to have a problem with anyone and always had a great respect for him. I'll never forget the memories we had together. It is overwhelming to me that I was with him having a good time before that devastating event that took a good kind-hearted person away. My condolence goes out to his entire family. We'll miss you Casey.
