To all the members of the Raspa Family,
We are so sorry for your loss with the passing of Jean. But, it is a passing, from one life to another, in faith an eternal dwelling place awaits her in heaven.
We know that you will all miss her very much. She had a pleasant smile whenever we saw her and we are sure that you all have a lifetime of special memories to cherish. We did not know her well but certainly knew of her in the most positive sense. She was so active in the church and we are thankful that St. Margaret's Parish could share in her love and spirit for as long as it did.
We have both lost loved ones and know the painful feelings. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all during this time. May the thoughts of family and friends give you strength and comfort.
With sincere sympathy,
Diane and Charlie Durr

I had Mrs. Raspa as a patient. though in my life a short time she sure was a blessing in my life. i would love to see her everyday. Though she was going through a lot she would always have a "hi doll baby" for all of us. I will miss her. My condolences to her loving family. She is an adorable angel in heaven now. love, Bridget Social Worker.

Dear Michele, Fran, Michael, Patty, Justin, Jennifer, Bryan & Marty ?
I have many good memories of Aunt Jean. Probably my earliest memory was when I was very young and ventured from South Philly all the way over to Oak Valley to spend a night with my aunt and uncle and cousins. It was during breakfast the next morning that Aunt Jean told me that if I ate the crust of the bread, I would get curly hair like my cousin Michael.
I remember once being at the Oak Valley lake and Aunt Jean trying to teach me to float on my back, all the while yelling at me to "relax".
She was a vibrant person and always full of life. She approached everything she did Christmas Bazaar, Fashion Show, etc. with a strong will to make it the best it could be.
Even in her final days she was without fear and faith filled; trusting in God and ready to move on. I will always remember that.
Know that you all are in my prayers for healing. In your sorrow, remember that she is now at peace with God.
I love you Aunt Jean....

Dear Michele, Fran, Michael, Patty, Justin, Jennifer, Bryan & Marty ?.
When I was lucky enough to be introduced into the Raspa Family over twenty years ago I immediately felt like I belonged ? and needless to say that Aunt Jean and Uncle Caesar played a huge part in that ?fit in feeling?.
Over the years Aunt Jean became not only my ?Aunt? she was my friend.
I laugh when I think of the times that she would ?brand? us with her lipstick, that we immediately knew when one of us was hugged by Aunt Jean ? we would be carrying her perfume scent for the rest of the day and you would never ever escape without being called ?Doll? !!
I smile when I think of her face every Christmas Bazaar when finding out her final total ? and breaking the record from the year before ? her penguin slippers ?. And how the whole world stopped when Justin and Jennifer walked into the Hall to see her first ? and then on to visit Santa :
I smile when I think of her face sitting at the end of the runway smiling and clapping for each model ? and of course when she read out the Trombolla ticket numbers ?000?.? And ?what was that dessert??? ?. The ?Ladies? are in for a surprised this year !!!
Jean you did it all !!!!
And at every family function when Aunt Jean and Uncle Caesar would get out on that dance floor ? and everyone else stood back ? just to watch them dance just like or better than Fred and Ginger.
Aunt Jean will be missed by the St Margaret?s Family and by the Raspa Family ?
Aunt Jean was a strong and loving person with a heart of gold ?
I know that I will miss my Aunt and my friend ?
I love you Aunt Jean ?
ooxoxoxo
