I have known Tony for 25 years. He taught me the foundation of my knowledge in cable tv.I really got to know Tony during the 1990's.We shared every detail of ours lives, even the most private during a stretch of time lasting several years when we rode to work together and shared a small office together.I learned the true measure of this special man.His smile was uplifting and could disarm the worst of moods. His compassion and willingness to listen were a comfort to me as I'm sure it was to a multitude of others. His love of family, especially his children was strong, sure and steadfast.Nothing meant more to him.
If riches were measured in friends Tony surely was a Billionaire.
"A smile costs nothing but gives much.It enriches them who receive it without making poorer those who give it.It only takes a moment, yet the memory of it may last forever.A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in business and is a sign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad and is natures best antidote to trouble.Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed or stolen. It is something of no value to anyone unless it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile.Give them one of yours. No one needs a smile so much as those who have none to give."
Tony your smile will live always in my heart.
Our hearts are sad today but our memories of you will in time make a
lifetime of smiles.
God Bless you and rest peacefully my friend

My heart goes out to you all, Mom and Dad, Shawn and Erin.
When I think of Tony I don't think of him as Tony the father or even Tony the man, but as a childhood friend.
Forts in the woods, hanging out at the little cottage by the creek, Sewell Football, and other special times.
These memories are etched in my heart. I hope to see you again someday my friend.
