Young, Raymond J. of Woodbury, on January 13, 2005. Aged 72 years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Ray, later moved to Woodbury where he has resided for the past 43 years. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Ray was awarded the Korean Service Medal, United nations Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Ray later had working careers with Bond Bread as a driver for more than 25 years, Products Research & Chemical Company and he worked as a driver for Delaware Valley Wholesale Florists for 14 years until his retirement in 1997. He was a long time member of St. Stephen?s Lutheran Church in Woodbury. In his spare time, Ray enjoyed Table Tennis, Bowling, doing Puzzles and Word Searches. He was a member of the West Deptford and Woodbury Senior Citizens Clubs. Ray will be remembered as a loving, friendly man who will be missed by all who knew him. Beloved husband for 49 years to Doris A. nee Moser. Loving father of Mark Young. Devoted grandfather of Tammy Laun.
