We use to frequent the Greentree Restaurant in Thorofare, NJ, some years ago. We were blessed to meet Bill there. Bruce happened to meet up with Bill recently in Woodbury. We were in shock when we heard of his passing. Bill always had a smile and positive attitude and will surely be missed. He's now on another journey and we're sure he's in God's arms. God bless and give strength to his family.

To Robin and the entire family,
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. He was like a 2nd Father to me, he was always there no matter what. He always had a smile on his face and warm and welcome heart. He opened his home, his heart, and his arms. He will forever remain in my heart.

Your Dad was a man that I will never forget and I will always feel priviledged for having known him. His warm smile and loving embrace brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. I will never, ever forget him!
My heartfelt condolences go out to you Wanda, your Mom and every one of your sisters and brothers and their children too. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful man to call "Dad". With love, Beth

To Donald DeVine and Family,
As I teach in a poor and depressed area, there are many times that I need to recall to mind the people who demostrated strength,
compassion and wisdom.
I considered Mr. Devine one of the people who comes to mind as a strong and caring example of manhood and fatherhood.
I am sad to hear of his passing.
May the Lord give you and all in your family precious memories that will sustain you in the difficult times that are ahead of you. May your tears eventually turn to gladness as you take time to contemplate and share your father's life and the impact he had on you, his family and the many people who got a chance to know him.
With Sympathy,
Linwood Bagby, Jr.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to all of Bill's family. I knew Bill for a few years back when I worked for Heritage Candy & Tobacco when he and I attended International Management Council Meetings together. I am a past President and Bill was always there to lend a helping hand. He was a truly nice man!
God has recruited a great worker and I know Bill is showing that great smile to everyone he meets in heaven.
He will be missed here but greatly appreciated in Glory!
God speed my friend,

Dear Mary and Family,
I will miss seeing Mr. Devine's smiling face as he came into the Bank to do his business. Not only was he a customer of mine but became a friend too. I would often run into him at the stores in the neighborhood and he was always the same: Smiley and willing to share the Love of the Lord with any one.
My deepest sympathys to all of you. I know there is a large hole in your heart where it hurts for now, but it will fill quickly with the love of the Lord as you remember that Mr. Devine could be in no better place than with Jesus himself.
Again My deepest Sympathy,
Laura Johnson, Bank of America
