Aunt Di,
We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Mitch's passing. Whenever we attended a family function with Tara & Chal, if Uncle Mitch was there, he was so warm and friendly. The one time that stands out to us the most was at Sophia's Christening, we sat with him at the restaurant. He told Dave and I stories of growing up in PA and his last words to us were how happy he was to have all of his children living in Washington Township with him. Sharon, Tommy & Frankie, may you all be blessed with such fond memories of your father. Aunt Di, you are blessed to be surronded by such a wonderful family. Our thoughts are with you all during this time of sadness.
Love,
Bernice & Dave

Today is 3 weeks since my brother-in-law passed away. I am so saddened by his passing.
He was just like a big brother to me.
I have so many memories of him when I was growing up. I remember the first time I met Mitch, I was 11, he came home to meet my sister from Korea. He made my brother and I a little soap box car to race with, he made a rabbit cage for our rabbits to keep warm in the winter months. Mitch did so much for our family we were certainly glad to have him. He did so much for my mother and father, such as working in the family business and putting air conditioning in my mother's home. I could go on and on and on, there is so much to say about Mitch suffice it to say he was a great father, husband, and brother-in-law. Our family misses him so much it hurts.
We are here for you all,
Love Joyce and Bill

Mitch! You couldn't find a better brother-in-law. Whatever you needed, Mitch was there, with a smile, a kind word, a story or two and a vise like grip. My heart goes out to Di, Sharon, Tommy and Frank who know all to well what a caring, loving Father and Husband he was. You are loved and will be sorely missed.

Any time i needed toms help with a project or advice either at the machinists shop or the garage he was always there to help with his own brand of humor and insight. I am glad I knew and worked with him.
I will keep you all in my prayers. Mario Medoro

Uncle Mich was one in a million. He knew how to fix just about everything and was always happy to help if a car broke down or a pipe sprung a leak. He loved shaking hands and showing his strength. Anyone who ever shook my uncle's hand knew he had quite a grip! We will miss so many things about Uncle Mich like his many sayings and his love for my girls and for our whole family. He always knew how to make us laugh or smile. Most of all I'll miss being called "TaTa". Our hearts are heavy with sadness but we know Uncle Mich is finally free from pain. We love you and we'll all miss you Michy. You'll always be in our thoughts and prayers, never to be forgotten. Love, Tara, Chal, Annalisa and Sophia

Aunt Diane,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family during this very sad time.
From experience, I can say that no words from others will ease the sadness. Some will sound silly or even make you angry. As much as everyone would like to comfort you, comfort must come from within.
Maybe it's that he's no longer in pain, maybe it's that he's with his maker, maybe it's that he's in a better place or at peace...
Whatever it is for you, find your words of comfort and cling to them.
I keep my "daddy comfort words" in the back of my mind always-- to ease the pain when it springs up. You'll find that when sad thoughts come out of the blue--and they will-- your comfort words will be at the ready to put life into perspective.
All my love,
Donna

Your husband/father was a wonderful person. He was a good friend to my father, and our family. He was always there when my father needed a friend to lean on, or someone to yell at him, and your father was one of the only people in the world that could yell at my dad and get away with it.It was funny to watch the 2 of them together. I will always have very fond memories of your dad and mine. They have been friends for as long as I can remember. I do not want to speak for my father but I do think he will in someway feel lost with out him here. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Your father will be missed very much.
