Dear Eileen, Lourdeen and Family, It was with great sadness and surprise that I read of your mom's passing. Even though we are now residing in TN, I do read the Courier Post on line. I often think about our years in Haddon Hgts. Having Eileen stay in the mornings with us until it was time to go across the street to school, Blaine going to Eileen's birthday parties and your mom's hair dresser coming down to our house to do my hair. After you moved we seemed to loose track, but I did see your mom about 7 years ago as we were dining at Ponzio's in Brooklawn on a visit to NJ to see family. We also had mutual friends, Marylou and Jim Hainsworth. Again, we are so sorry for your lose and am sure that you have happy and loving memories of your wonderful mom.Take care of yourselves. In sympathy and love, Barb and Ron Deffler

Dear Lourdeen, Eileen and Family,
It is with a great sense of sadness that I learned of your dearest Mother's passing. A friend like no other. I am greive. I pray that the wonderful momories & celebratin of her life comfort you. How can we forget her, her generosity, humor, compassin for others, how she reached out to those less fortunate which I witnessed over the years. Certainly I and Mr Dominik were the recipents of her care. SO numerous to mention all that she did. Primarily her greatest gift and joy were the both of you and how her two grand-daughters brought heights of joy and pride inmeasurable in the brief time she had them.
Your love and care was always evident. Your joy was her joy, your sorrow was her sorrow. Your dear Mom inspired me during her last days and I'll always remember her last words to me.
You were always there for Mom. No one could ask for anything more. She completed her journey and I could see that contagious smile again.
I am sure that your dearest Mom took all your love whith her on the wings of an angel on her journey urney "Home"
God Bless all the family of Joan Carney and all who loved her.
Love, Anne Dominik
