To the Dolan family:
My deepest sympathies. My earliest childhood recollections are of living on a street where there were always friendly smiles and kind faces. Mr. Dolan was the epitome of this. He was always ready with a "Hello, Danny, how are you?" everytime I saw him. He was the true definition of the word "neighbor," and made Lincoln Ave. the type of place you'll always remember. He will be truly missed.

Mr. Dolan was one of the greatest men I've ever met. He is my sister-in-law's father and we were at a lot of family functions together. I personally will miss him the most at my father's birthday dinners. I'll miss his laughter and jokes. I'll never look at a submarine, nor eat a banana bar without thinking of him.
