Dear Sharlene and Penny--
I am very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. As you know, he was my Sunday School teacher for several years, back in the "old days", and he was a very good one. I recall his interesting lessons and him being a great teller of Bible stories, as well as his care and generosity in taking us kids on outings that included visits to museums in Philly and miniature golf.
He was a pillar of Blessed Hope Church. I can't think about Blessed Hope Church without thinking of your Dad. I will miss him.
We can have great comfort from God's hope and assurance that, while your Dad's work is done here, he is in Heaven with Jesus.
