We were neighbors of Mr. and Mrs. Connery in Woodbury on Delaware Street. We knew our neighbors as those nice people across the street who always supported our endeavors as kids such as buying Christmas cards. Many years later when Brown and Connery reopened in Woodbury, I was given the pleasure of remeeting a man who I had only known as a young boy. Mr Connery was the same nice man I knew as a boy. All the Puffs send their condolences to all the Connery family members.

To Lynn,
Lynn, I routinely check the Gloucester Co. Times on-line for old hometown news and any obits for folks I may have known. While I did not know your father, I did recognize the name and checked to see if it was indeed your father's.
Please accept my condolences as you grip the cold reality of your loss. Our folks are obviously of the age that calls them to the next big step. While we're left behind to bear the loss, take solace in knowing your dad lived a long full, productive life. We should be so lucky! Take care, and best regards,
Chris Peterson

Mr. Connery was one of the finest gentlemen that I've ever met. From the first moment I met him he called me "Our Miss Brooks" - a memory I will always treasure dearly. He has touched my life greatly. Thank you so much Mr. Connery for all that you have given to me. I was proud to be a part of the firm that you helped to create. To the Connery family, my deepest sympathy. Michelle Brooks Marraffa a former Brown & Connery member.

For those of us that had the privilege to work with Tom Connery, learn from him, and spend time with him, he was a man of such greatness, in spirit, deed and heart, that our time with him is unforgettable. From the practice of law, to politics, to his rather keen interest in horse racing, he was principled, professional and smart as a whip, even to the very end. Many people will likely hear and read many things about Mr. Connery in the coming days and one story will be better than the next. We can assure you, after you learn more about him, if you do not know it already, you will share with us the pride we feel daily to be associated with a firm that bears his name. Mr. Connery was one in a million and we were lucky to have known him. We will miss him on daily basis.
