I first met Ted incidental to his looking after his sister Helen for whom I cared at Temple University Hospital. I was impressed by his devotion to Helen and his efforts at making her life better. We immediately "hit it off" and enjoyed our occasional contacts as he brought Helen to Temple. It was clear that he derived great satisfaction in being of service to others and his comminity. He continued this committment despite his awareness of his own cancer. I am grateful to have known Ted and that he came into my life as he did.

Dear Krzaczek Family,
On behalf our entire family and especially on behalf of my mother and father Mary and Gino, I extend our sincere condolences on the passing of such a special person and dear friend.
I speak to my parents weekly from Florida and "Ted and Pat" are always part of our converstaion. Ted was a special friend to my parents and gave them many happy times as well as much professional advice.
As a personal related to the real estate industry, I will remember, among other things, the example that Ted set for me in helping my parents with the difficult sale of their property. I will always remember finally sitting at the settlement table looking across the table at a man who, in many ways, "made it all happen" and just remembering how ill he was. But, there he was with more passion and zeal than the whole group put together. That was Ted - pleasent, friendly and a man with true passion for life!
We extend much love to all of the Krzaczek family from all of the Alberto's.
Sincerely, Angelo Alberto

Ted was an inspiration. He always had a positive attitude. He was able to make me feel good about life and the world, and I thank him for that. I will always remember his positive outlook on life. People who knew him are better off, and that is the true measure of a person.
