Rae,
i'm sitting here about 1:00am christmas eve.Imiss you so much.
here's a little poem for you that i think it means so much to you and me
I heard something funny, i knew that you'd laugh too.
I thought of an inside joke that i only shared with you
i called your old number, your're no longer there.
your absence from my life just doesn't seem fair.
the gift you have given can't be found under a tree.
it is deep in my heart...for no one else to see.
it's something i'm sure to never find again...
the true life long gift of a very best friend.
merry christmas to you wherever you are.
i love you

Dear Tony, Anthony and Michael,
Wayne and I were so very sorry to figure out that Rachel had passed when we saw the memorial in front of your house. Dinah and I were just talking about her the other day: when Dinah worked at the ice cream stand on the corner, Dinah knows Rachel always made sure she, Tony and your dog stood in her line, said nice things to her, and bought a little ice cream cone for the dog! She was a beautiful person and I wish I had known her better. We are right across the street and will keep you all in our prayers. If there is anything we can do just ask. God bless you all, Lenore Rowbotham

We lived across the street at 1343 Princess ave. in camden, back in 1963. There were not that many Black families at that time however I remember Rachel as a kind and gracious young lady. Years later I worked at Tropicana still therewith Lucy and would often talk about my rememberence of Rachel. i will remember her kind smile and energetic personality as she spent her days with her best girlfriend from up the blockRudy T's little sister. May God bless the family - i'm sure she will recognize my mother, Mrs. James in Heaven.

rae,
when i married joey and came into this family, you took me under your wing. and it's been that way for the past 25 years. i will always cherish the memories that we had together. we had some crazy times, we did some crazy things together. i'll miss our phone calls when we would talk about certain things, you know what i'm talking about i'll miss you busting them for me, and how i use to do everything you did. i always wondered why God took all the good people, but i think God saw how you made everyone have a good time and make us laugh, that he felt you should be his special angel. i'm sure heaven is having a ball up there with you. i know you , mom, dad, louie, and richard are together and you are organizing something!! my kids are going to miss their special aunt. nobody will ever take your place. i lost my sister in law, but mainly i lost my best friend. i know i will see you again and until i do,have a ball!! i love you very much rachel, and life is not going to be the same. but i know you will be there guiding us throughout our lives.
i love you and will always miss you.

To all of Rachel's family. I am so sorry for your loss, I wish there was some way to make things better, but I know there is really nothing I can do or say to make things any better. For me, I just think that my dad is always with me, watching and listening to everything that I do. She will also always be there, smiling, laughing, crying, listening and hugging you everyday. I just hope for the very best for all of you. If you ever need anything just talk to her and in some way she will help. You can also count on me and my family if you need anything too : Things will eventually get better, so don't lose hope. Love, Kerry

My friend, Rachel, was one of the first friendly faces that greeted me on my first day at Camden Catholic High School some 30 + years ago. We were fast friends, even when there were years when we didn't see each other. I am glad I was able to speak with my friend recently. I will always have loving memories of her in my heart.

Rachel was not just a sister-in-law to me. She was the sister I never had, my friend, my confidant, a wonderful aunt to my daughter and grandson and a person who I truly loved and admired. She added so much to our family and was the core of all the happy times that our family experienced. It is so hard to imagine my life without her but it is even harder to imagine a life with her in which she would have to endure pain and suffering. Please know how much I loved her and how much I love Tony, Anthony and Michael. If you ever need anything, I will always be here.
With all my love,
Teresa

Dear Tony, Anthony & Michael,
During these last few days, I keep remembering all the great times we had together as neighbors & friends. We watched our children grow from kids to adults, shared good times at summer parties and New Years Eve, and always came together when sadness affected one of the "Group." And now, in your time of sorrow and sadness, we want you to know that Rachel was loved and will be missed by ALL OF US. May you find peace in knowing that she was loved by many and will always have a special place in our hearts.
With love and affection,
Liz & Ike

To the Campeggios:
I wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. Rachel was a beautiful person and a great friend to my mom. She will be dearly missed in everyway. I know that things seem really bad right now, but in time it will get easier. If you listen really close you will be able to still hear her in your heart. She is always with you guys and will keep all of you safe and protected. Unfortunitaly God always takes the good ones, and she was one of the best. It might not seem fair right now, but in time, it will all be clear and ok. I wish you guys the best and I hope you all will be ok. I will always be around if you guys need anything. But please take this time and remember all the good times you had with her. She would want to be remembered that way. I love you guys and my prayers are with you.
With tons of Love,
Kristy Sweeney nee Zadusewski
