Dear Family of Dot Lewis and also to Frank Wilhelm, dear friend of Dot, I just want to tell you all that I am deeply saddened to hear of Dot's passing. My sister, who lives in Gibbstown, N.J. called me today to tell me that Dot died. I am so sorry and I know that you all were very close and that she loved all of you very much. I haven't visited with Dot for a few years, but we would write letters back and forth on the holidays. I am so very sorry that this happened. And it would be nice if Frank could maybe give me a call at 281-257-0298. We live in Cypress, Tx. which is right near Houston. I guess I should add that I met Dot when I first got married in 1968 and my first husband, Dave and I lived right across the hall from Dot. She was there when my first child, Ken, was born. Then we moved down here to Houston in 1970. In 1984 Dave died of lung and liver cancer and I stayed here in Houston and eventually met my husband Gary. We are now married for 16 years. Can't hardly believe that. But, anyhow, I'm truly sorry about your loss and I will keep all of you in my prayers along with Dot. With love, Dot's friend, Carmel Ellison
